| The New Fedegari FVG Range |

 | The new FVG range is composed of top-loading compact vertical saturated-steam sterilizers produced according to a standard model. The innovative and rational design, the new intuitively usable process controller, the high-quality materials and finish give the machine a higher functional performance than any other sterilizer in the same category.
FVG models are suitable for treating solids and liquids in open or nonsealed containers and are the latest generation of small automatic sterilizers for microbiology laboratories, Research Institutes, Universities and food industries. |

Safety and functional simplicity
The quality of the pressure vessel and of the safety devices is ensured by TÜV certification. All FVG sterilizers are built according to the 97/23/EC (PED) standard; the Calculation Code for the manufacture of the pressure vessel is EN 13445.
Operating safety is ensured by the software of the process controller and of the PLC, developed and validated according to the IEC1131-3 standard in quality-assurance conditions, like the software of industrial sterilizers.
All sterilizers of the FVG series are covered by a three-year warranty as regards the pressure vessel.
High performance
These autoclaves are capable of performing sterilization processes that are comparable to those normally used for industrial sterilizers.

Automated operation
All the functions of the sterilizer are controlled by a PLC. The system is therefore capable of operating without operator assistance, except during loading/unloading operations.

Easy Transport and Installation
All FVG models are adequately supported on a set of 4 wheels, which ensures easy handling during installation and during maintenance or emergencies.
Compact Design
The particularly attractive styling of the sterilizers of the FVG series also combines high operating flexibility with a compact shape. This makes these sterilizers suitable for installation in small spaces without any provisions for connection to external utilities.

FVA/AI Series
|
 | In the early 1990s, FEDEGARI introduced the first compact saturated steam sterilizers with a vertical chamber of the FVA series. Although they were built as standardized units, their original design represented a customized and efficient solution for every application: they were modular machines that could be configured so as to adapt to the specific requirements of the client rather than the opposite, namely the user having to adapt to the limitations of the machine.
The new version of FVA/A1 series introduces a wide variety of solutions, as always original and innovative, but yet rooted in the experience acquired. An enlarged series of modular system options allows customized configuration of the machines so as to adapt to different applications and for processing a wide range of loads including solids and liquids (in open and sealed containers) and also wastes with pathogen risk. They represents the ideal steam sterilizers for microbiology laboratories, Research Institutes, Universities, pharmaceutical and food industries, hospitals and other medical applications. |

| The new particularly attractive styling and the revised design and internal organization of the components assures an improved ergonomics and maintenance access. The process controller, by using a graphic touchsensitive color interface, allows even easier and more intuitive communication. The software is fully validated, so that it can be used by the most demanding users. |

User safety and functional simplicity

The Calculation Code for the manufacture of the pressure vessel is EN 13445.
Operating safety is ensured by an high level performances process controller with high programming capacity, to implement sophisticated operative and safety functions typical for of industrial sterilizers on a compact machine. The SW, developed using standard programming language, is fully validated according to the IEC1131-3 standard.
