E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Executive

Are you an experienced Marketing Executive with strong e-commerce and digital skills?

We are seeking an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Executive to drive and support the implementation of our e-commerce, digital marketing content and branding strategy. This newly created, standalone role will give you the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy and take ownership for the marketing function across the group.


  • Assist in creating and implementing a digital marketing and social media strategy. Measuring ROI, retention, and customer behaviour
  • Input into developing a comprehensive, strategic, and scalable marketing plan for all companies within the group
  • Work with Channel Partners marketing teams to develop local marketing campaigns that mirror their international campaigns
  • Support the sales teams with use of e-commerce tools
  • Maintain and update existing websites keeping content fresh and targeted
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion
  • Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
  • Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites to drive traffic to company pages
  • Manage the uploading of products, keeping pricing and information up to date and own site administration
  • Support new branding project for the group through implementation, communication, and maintenance of new materials
  • Ensure proper utilization of communication templates and monitor the adherence to branding by staff
  • Work closely with Sales Management teams and Product Managers to develop and run bespoke product campaigns
  • Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Write material, develop and post videos, podcasts and audio content, webinars and webcasts to online sites
  • Organise exhibitions/trade shows/in house events in line with branding and track ROI

Key Capabilities Required

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing with strong ecommerce and digital experience, ideally from a similar industry.
  • Marketing degree essential, post grad in digital marketing preferred
  • Experienced in branding and managing external agencies and designers
  • Strong e-commerce experience ideally redesigning and updating channels
  • Social media expert, experienced with campaigns particularly LinkedIn
  • Marketing administration skills, mailshots, internal branding, communications
  • CRM system experience such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
  • Excellent design tool knowledge including Adobe, Photoshop Illustrator and ideally MS SharePoint
  • Advanced MS office including PowerPoint
  • Can accurately manage budget and cost of marketing activities
  • Ability to build strong relationships and to work with diverse range of people
  • Ability to write fresh, engaging content
  • Analytically minded with the ability to produce relevant and timely reporting
