Water & Energy Management Solutions

Invisible Systems manufacture innovative sensors for monitoring energy, conditions and fixed assets plus Wireless RF transmitters and control tools. A bespoke software programme (Realtime-Online™) gathers all available data and displays information on cloud dashboards, within a comprehensive reporting suite.

Compliance Applications

Invisible Systems develop innovative and reliable wireless RF sensors for monitoring a range of conditions that help you to operate your application to meet specific compliance guidelines.

Our range of low impact wireless sensors (calibrated and certified to UKAS standard), and Cellular gateways, deliver an easily installed, affordable solution for data collection and compliance reporting.

The Realtime Online software application provides traceability, validation of a conditions and ability to configure thresholds. Where thresholds are exceeded Realtime Online generates alerts to a user configurable contact set to prompt corrective action.

The system provides a range of automated reports with auditable data and full traceability.

Legionella

Invisible Systems Realtime Online is a complete system that will improve the quality of your legionella monitoring and water hygiene whilst notably reducing the cost of conditions testing and compliance reporting.

Using our continuously improving hardware and cloud software, along with our specialist know-how in water management and legionella prevention, our system offers efficient and accurate data collected whilst ensuring auditable compliance.

Our simple and easy to install temperature probes and GPRS Cellular gateways provide a non-intrusive cost effective solution to expensive manual temperature record collection. The system can compare data from a single or multi-site and have it displayed on our Realtime Online dashboard which is easy to read and displays compliance data that meets the requirements of HSG274 Part 2.

Healthcare

Healthcare facilities rely heavily on temperature of critical assets and their environments. Ensuring vaccines, medicines and bloods are stored at correct temperatures, plus ensuring environmental temperature conditions are optimised, are all therefore significant and can be
monitored by Invisible Systems.

The Realtime Online software application offers the opportunity to profile, benchmark and configure thresholds for expected conditions.

Pharmaceutical

Temperature and condition monitoring is an important requirement for the pharmaceutical /medical application for compliance, such as 21CFR etc.
Invisible Systems have products to monitor refrigerated areas, freezers down to -8°C and even -20°C for liquid nitrogen, doors being closed etc and reporting software with specific for this application. Positive and/or negative room pressures can be continuously monitored for traceability and alarms raised in the event of a failure.

The wireless transmitters can communicate to a local audible, alarm display to notify personnel locally in the event of an exception.

Food

The Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 say that certain foods must be kept at temperatures either below 8°C or above 63°C to make sure they remain safe to eat.  Regular checks are necessary to show that temperatures stay within these legal requirements. Manual temperature monitoring at the level of detail needed is time-consuming, a poor use of highly-qualified human resources and lacks the requisite accuracy.

Invisible Systems monitoring solutions can assist with these guidelines as part of a fully integrated system.  By using the Realtime-online monitoring system, users are alerted in advance of a fault occurring before equipment failure. This saves production time, money and prevents products being spoiled due to increases or decreases in temperature, plus enables collection of all temperatures (and other Critical Control Points) required for MHRA record keeping thus simplifying compliance.

Energy Applications

Invisible Systems develop innovative and reliable wireless energy monitoring and targeting tools that help you to operate your facility in an environmentally responsible way.

Our range of low impact wireless sensors and cellular gateways deliver an easily installed, affordable solution for data collection and energy management. An efficient solution can be created for any site configuration from the monitoring of single or small groups of meters through to large sites with multiple buildings.

The Realtime Online software application offers the opportunity to profile, benchmark and configure thresholds for expected energy consumption. Where thresholds are exceeded Realtime Online generates email/sms alerts to a user configurable contact set to prompt corrective action.

Invisible Systems develop innovative and reliable wireless 24 hour condition monitoring and profiling reporting systems.

Invisible Systems offer a general purpose, total solution for wirelessly monitoring a wide range of conditions from a remote site and delivering information via Realtime Online comprising of battery powered wireless transmitters communicating to an on-site internet gateway which in turn communicates over a secure, cellular VPN to the Realtime Online software. Condition exceptions are displayed visually plus notifications delivered by text, email and local audible beacon.

Inputs include

  • digital,
  • analogue
  • modbus etc
  • serial RS232/485
Water

A wide range of wireless sensors are available for monitoring water conditions such as; flood and leak detection, ph and flow.

With an existing infrastructure and site installed Gateway, water environmental monitoring becomes a simple and cost effective solution.

Weather Stations

The weather station is a permanently powered or solar powered, solid state/ultrasonic unit that communicates to Realtime
Online web based software. The system is a MET office approved device which enables users to monitor single or multiple remote sites delivering important weather and critical condition status to users

Radio transmitters can be installed in the vicinity of the weather station which communicate wirelessly over RF for additional monitoring to collect other conditions, such as solar radiation, soil moisture etc.
