Festive Period – Opening Hours
Our office hours over the Christmas period are as follows:
The company will be closed from Thursday, 21st December 2023 and will not re-open until 9:00am on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024.
However, to ensure we maintain critical customer support the B&C Technical Service Division will provide the following cover for emergency breakdowns

To provide 24/7 support, calls will be transferred to the Omnicell Ireland and UK Helpdesk.
Press button 5 for Technical Assistance, then press button 5 for Automation support
You will be required to give your Name, Telephone contact number, Hospital location details and a brief description of the fault.
You will receive an initial call back from an Omnicell Engineer within 30mins.
