Strategic Business Plans

For every key supplier, both new and existing we complete a rolling 3-year business plan specific to that supplier. These business plans feed into our overall Group Strategic plans leading to a natural alignment of our success to yours. We focus on relationship building, market intelligence, competitor analysis, critical success factors, budgets/targets and KPI’s.

This is a live document which acts as a roadmap for success, with success metrics being agreed collaboratively. It guides the communication with our suppliers and allows us to quickly respond to and overcome challenges in addition to monitoring and reporting on our collective successes.

Sales Process

We have developed our own internal Sales Process to maximise the effectiveness of our sales teams and support them to achieve their full potential. We adopt a well documented 5 stage consultative selling process which is standardised across the Group and is supported by:

Consultative sales training upon joining the organisation and continual refresher training

Advanced and bespoke sales training focussing on specific needs

Tier 1 CRM system designed to incorporate our sales process

Defined sales management team to support the sales function and build multi layer relationships with our customers and suppliers

Knowledge

We have in depth market knowledge as a result of our extensive experience and interactions over the past 55 years.

Our exceptionally dedicated and passionate people have developed specialist product and market knowledge and our core value of learning ensures that we support them to keep this knowledge current and relevant while also looking forward and understanding the future needs of the marketplace.

This allows us to work with our partners to ensure that the product offering continues to match the needs of the customer.

Facilities

We have invested heavily in state of the art facilities to include a demonstration laboratory, calibration laboratory and onsite seminar facilities.

This means that we can give specialist training and presentations on products to large Groups as part of our Education programmes.

Field Service Support

Our field service engineers provide preventative maintenance, breakdown support and validation for our partners products. They provide excellent customer support and are key to maintaining excellent customer relationships which in turn supports the sales activities.

Our field service department is run through data driven decisions and metrics to ensure we are operating as efficiently as possible, minimising downtime for our customers and maximising the customers experience of our partners equipment.

Customer Services

Our customer services teams provide administrative support to our sales and field service teams along with providing frontline exceptional service to our customers. Our data analytics software and CRM systems provide real-time information to ensure we are monitoring and acting on our success metrics.

Logistics and Distribution

We manage all our logistics and distribution in accordance with Good Distribution Practice from our 24,000 sq ft of warehousing across our 3 locations. Our warehouses can accommodate Ambient, Chilled and Frozen storage and are compliant with Medical Device and In-Vitro Diagnostic Regulations.

Quality Management

All of the Companies in the Group are individually ISO9001:2015 accredited by the National Standards Authority of Ireland and implement Good Distribution Practice. Our Integrated management system encompasses all of the regulations we are legally required to meet and is maintained internally by our Governance Committee and overseen and championed by the Board of Directors.

Marketing

Our marketing team creates an annual marketing plan based on information contained within the partner specific business plans. We work closely with our counterparts within our partner organisations to ensure that our campaigns are designed to align with the content and target market of their overall international plans.
