    Festive Period – Opening Hours

    Our office hours over the Christmas period are as follows:
    The company will be closed from 4pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 and will not re-open until 9:00am on Friday 2nd January 2026.

    However, to ensure we maintain critical customer support the B&C Technical Service Division will provide the following cover for emergency breakdowns:

    Customers with comprehensive contracts: No charge

    Customers without comprehensive contracts: Call out charge – €300 (+ hourly rates x 1.5)

    Omnicell Equipment Support
    • Omnicell Equipment Support, from Monday 23rd December 2025 at 4 PM until Friday 2nd Jan 2026 at 9 am

    • To provide 24/7 support, calls will be transferred to the Omnicell Ireland and UK Helpdesk.
    • Press button 5 for Technical Assistance, then press button 5 for Automation support
    • You will be required to give your Name, Telephone contact number, Hospital location details and a brief
      description of the fault.
    • You will receive an initial call back from an Omnicell Engineer within 30mins.
