This innovative solution is a master conductivity standard accredited to 0.4% or better, specifically designed to meet the rigorous Water for Injection (WFI) standards required in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Our goal was to create a calibration tool that delivers both precision and flexibility, ensuring our customers can maintain the highest quality standards in their processes.

Through our partnership with IPP, who serve as the exclusive distributor of Insacal products in Ireland, we’re able to offer these high-accuracy calibration solutions directly to the local market. The Insacal master meter is a versatile tool that supports both closed-loop and open-beaker calibration procedures. This means users can choose to calibrate their sensors on-site, in-situ, or externally, depending on their operational needs. Each master meter is delivered with a closed sensor to eliminate environmental interference, ensuring consistent and reliable results.

USP 645 easy and accurate Conductivity Calibration with an Insacal Mastermeter

For Pharmaceutical and Medical purposes the quality of water, as an excipient has been defined by the European Pharmacopia (EP) as well as the United States Pharmacopia (USP). In order to ship/sell your product in Europe or the United States of America, you must be able to prove that these requirements are met.

For Purified Water and Water for Injection (WFI) the USP defines the following requirements:

• Meter reports uncompensated Conductivity or uncompensated Resistivity.
• The display resolution is 0.1 μS/cm or better.
• The meter reads accurately to ±0.1 μS/cm when a 0.1% precision resistor replaces the sensor (to calibrate/verify the meter).
• The sensor cell constant is calibrated/verifiedto ±2%
• Temperature accurate to 2°C (effective USP 28)
